Psychic Breath™ is a unique breath work experience where the intention is to connect the body, mind, and heart for deep trauma release and nervous system regulation.
Stephanie will support your journey through the use of many different healing tools and modalities including energy work, and frequency / sound healing as you breathe deeply through three rounds of a fully guided and supported hour long experience.
Reiki $111
Receive a 1-Hour Reiki session to soften your nervous system and restore your energy centers.
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch and energy work to promote relaxation and well-being.
The goal of Reiki is to release energy blockages and allow the body to heal itself.
Reiki can be used to support other medical / holistic healing modalities and treatments.
Continuing Integrative Support
Ceremony is the medicine…the work comes after.
Integration work is the most important piece to showing up for yourself, yet it is often the most missed and underutilized process. Integration can look many ways, and often times it is unique to each individual. Avoidance and distraction tend to creep in post healing experience as it is easy for the ego to not want to feel the discomfort of what was shown during your session. Having a support system for the weeks/months following a medicine and/or somatic ceremony can help to keep your healing journey on track. Stephanie offers three different ways to support your integration journey.

Book this service post Kambo or breath work experience with Stephanie when you feel you could use some extra guidance in how to integrate what came up during your session/ceremony. Stephanie will offer tools and modalities to support your personal integration process.
